Congratulations ladies!

A friendly reception at Champs Hill for the Piers Ottey Exhibition on 10 February 2026. The artist was present and so open explaining his technique and artist's journey. On a very gloomy and wet afternoon it was just wonderful enjoying the brilliant colours and shapes in his work.

Our Annual General meeting on the evening of Monday 26th January 2026 was a lively event attended by about 40 of our members.
Andrew Wallis, in his final report as Chair as he stepped down from the role after 6 years of what he described as, “a very interesting, challenging and rewarding experience", set a positive focus of looking forward. He will be very much missed in his role as Chair but isn't lost to us, as he was wholeheartedly welcomed that evening as the Society's new President.
We also welcomed Karen Noble as our new Chair.
One of her first duties included thanking one of the long standing members of the Committee who also stepped down, Pauline Lovell, for all she has done for the Society over many years. Especially co-ordinating the Society's Arundel Gallery Trail exhibition.
The formalities over, the meeting was followed by a chance for members to catch up after the winter break, accompanied by wine and lots of nibbles :)
